Mis-selling of Holiday Plan - cannot get answers Daytona

We too are having problems with Florida Sports & Recreation.

We attended a presentation of the scheme on Nov 16th and agreed to purchase for $3983 and to trade into them some timeshare weeks we owned.

The Plan included a 4 night stay in Hawaii inclusive of flights, which was offered to all those attending the presentation by the presenter - Stephen Raymond. We received the paperwork for the hotel stay but nothing on the flights.

We were given two so called Passport Programs by Justin Daily the Project Manager as a inducement to purchase the Plan but later found out that only one could be used during the 1st year of membership and that the Passports expired at the end of that year, consequently the 2nd Passport was of no value to us.

We have received no action from them in completing the transfer of the timeshare weeks and although we have made numerous telephone calls to them we have not encountered any staff member who is prepared to discuss these matters with us other than refer us to Justin Daily who will not speak to us or return our calls.

We are told that Justin is a very busy man who then goes home after the presentations are completed at midday and does not have time to speak to his Customers.

We are not all impressed with the integrity of this organisation or of Justin Daily and have written to them at Ormond Beach requesting that they put
these matters right.

We have also written a complaint to the Florida State Division of Comsumer Services.

We will update when we have responses.
