Unauthorized Charge to Credit Card

TLG charged $69.99 to a credit card I have with Orchard Bank. I called the toll free number 800-548-1116 and spoke with "Brenda" and requested the charge be removed from my account immediately.initially, she tried to convince me I should consider membership and only when I became angry did she authorize removal. However, she said it would take up to two billing statements. I called Orchard Bank and gave them the cancellation number I received from Brenda. I am seriously considering cancelling this credit card.
