I checked in and was told you had wifi, i spent a hour trying to log on, when i askedd for help terry said that its not in the contract and so i told her that i would check out if she couldent solve it, then she went nuts on me. Andwanted to charge me for a half day finley i got her to find a room that woorked, i will never come back to your hotel again. You really need to do something about her. She would not refund my$ and just let me go she just wanted to fight with me. Other custumors just walked of the seen was so bad.
