This company didn't reveal fines and expenses associated with air travel ticket title changes. A title needed to be transformed on an air travel ticket and also the fee was 100% of the solution price. We'd to buy a brand new solution. It was not revealed to us everywhere before buying the holiday deal. This Journey Company was taken up to small-claims judge simply because they declined to pay any expenses. Their State of California comes with an act named the "Vendors of Journey Work" which states that any reports maintain publishing and authorized by both events. The Travel Representative mentioned, in courtroom, that she didn't reveal any expenses or fines which it had been typical understanding industry-wide. The judge did not thnk exactly the same method and sided using the Vendors of Journey Work, and me. Avoid this company and consider your company elsewhere.
