Bad service

Lately, my spouse and that I got a sail about the Ruby Queen. This can be a new vessel which was it is fifth sail. We've cruised before, four-times with Circus. We thought I would get one of these more "upscale" cruise line. WHOA, exactly what a complete frustration! Your condition space was significantly smaller than a degree choice with Circus. No club tub, Leading sheet about the bedrooms are mounted on the quilt which means you cannot hide with only the linen. The porch wasn't personal as advertised.individuals have a complete view of the balconies of the low units. Needed to spend additional for icecream, drinks and pizza. (all free on Circus) Pop "cards" price $40.00!!! TOUGHEST of was the meals. Cool coffee, comfortable liquid, hot milk, dripping wet snacks, old bakery, dried up beef, slimy gooey scrambled eggs, paste-like oats, really fried sausages, almost bad slimy fruit (recycled) dried up pastery, etc. Hardly any selection vary from daily. The meals on our Carnival excursions was of the definitely better quality and quality. Think it or not, the dinner we'd at McDonalds on our way house was a lot better than 90% of something we eaten about the vessel!!! We never imagined this "upscale" cruise line might function such poor foods.in my opinion all of the food is preserved and recycled for all times. Additionally, my spouse left out some apparel. She approached them-and we never got any response. We also reported concerning the previously discussed issues to Queen outlines and got no reaction. Never again!!
