Harrassment by chef and other employees

From day one they verbally harrassed me. I tried to keep my job under this pressure for 7 months and they broke company policy I was told not to talk to anyone with out the chef being there, if i did then i was to lose my job he had a meeting with me and i asked to have a witness and he told me no he had already chosen one yeah he chose one of his friends i wanted a neutral person to be there and he said nothe chef on several occasions harrassed me other employees did too for example i told another employee i liked elvis presley and he said i could play his music and another employee came to me and got in my face and swore at me repeatlly and repeatlly and he yelled it over and over again at least three or four times then he went back to work I did nothing but stand there shock and went to work and this is the kinds of behavors I had to put up with daily making my coming to work terrable and uncomfortable but i had to tell myself i need the money on my last day after the chef and his friend got done with there big speech i asked if i could go back to work and the chef had me say it the way he phrased it then he let me go back to work, which at that point i did and tried to work but had a hard time thinking; and someone would come by and say hi and i did not dare say hi fear the chef would see me say something and twist it who knows i was confused about my boundries i went into a room called dry storage and there i cried and cried and cried and felt so alone i felt i had no me to help me and i felt no one cared and no one to turn to because of the way they had treated me for 7 months and for seven months i was in dispair i came to work knowing they did not like meI was told work is suppose to be a happy place i did not find it there right now i would like someone to talk to me first about my rights
