I agree with all the comments from the Omaha Nebraska info but mine occurred when they were in KC. I mailed in the amount required to obtain the tickets and they claim they never received it. Yeah right. They just want my complaint with the BB retracted.
This was all sent into a post office box for a redemption center in La Mesa, California.interesting they claim they'd like to give what was promised but they only had so many to give out. Right! Ha Ha! They just don't deliver what was promised. The good news is I didn't purchase the travel club package.
