This company sent an unsolicited fax to my job on the morning of 10/01. They advertised a vacation package for $99 a person (plus port fees). It sounded like a great deal, so I booked one. I ended up having to pay almost $550 for the package (not including what the others that I planned to invite would have to pay). I almost immediately demanded my money back, but they told me that I would have to wait until the vacation paperwork arrived and to send it back for a refund. I did so (they received it on October 27 at 08:31) and to this day, I have not heard word from them or got my money back!
