I'd an identical experience. Why do they need me to deliver my own files, no additional travel broker I understand of requirements this. Why is them-so unique? Is it that thay are actually Identification thieves? It is extremely suspect. The client support may be the rudest and toughest I've previously experienced. Provide airfare.com a broad delivery.
