Slimy guys

My friend and I saw a Shell Vacation presentation in San Francisco on Oct 17. During the presentation I pointed out to the salesman that one of the drawbacks of purchasing was that there was risk involved. Rami (the salesrep) said, " I guarantee that you will not loose and that if you buy your will gain." Guess what folks... They legally (and ethically) CAN'T say those things. When I pointed it out to the Finance Rep at the end of the presentation, he didn't seem too concerned even though I made it clear that the context of his comments were in direct response to my comments on the risk related to purchasing real estate, and that those comments are illegal. These guys are slimy!
