Sales promises not received

Whenever we reached The Great Mayan Riviera Maya a week ago for the holiday we were informed that people did not possess within the Great Mayan plus they might place us within the Mayan Palace. After producing many telephone calls house at 10:00 after which challenging for my rightful hotels, I had been put into among the new structures of the Great Mayan that have beennot there this past year whenever we improved. The key reason and sales hype to update was that there have been just 7 structures and we'd be nearer to the swimming and beach. Silly us. Since last April after I was there last, plenty of issues have altered. While Linda asked us to go to the 30-minute operatoris update the following day we decided. The following day was a headache! Four hours we lay there with this household and ultimately determined the double-talk was so heavy - we'd no concept of what we were doing. NEVER did we obtain the operatoris update! The sales hype finished really rudely with Sini - the contractoris representative - shouting at us since we'dnot get other things.
