On July 31st I joined into an arrangement with NYC Environment for rental of a flat at 340 WATTS. 48th St. # 3, NY 10036 from April 11th through October 20th.

I had been informed NOWADAYS (Oct 7th) the condo is "no further available", they might exchange a flat on 116th St.in East Harlem, they were "really reserved" which was the sole different condo available. I find this difficult to think.

Discuss waiting 'til the final second to baitandswitch. I thought these folks were trustworthy.

I'd appreciate any ideas on some option I really could consider - Town, Housing Authority, etc.?

Any suggestions about option?
