Ramada Plaza Resorts
Rip-off consumer fraud

Traveling & Tourism

We were notified in April about this "GREAT" offer. It sounded great, so we decided to go ahead and pay our $698 to reserve our vacation. After doing so, we received our little info packet. At the time of original payment, we were not told about this being non-refundable or about the fact that if you want the Universal Studios tickets, you have to sit through another presentation.

We were totally mislead from the beginning about the whole vacation. We have been doing all of this investigating and have decided to not take this vacation after paying out $698 twice and $234 in upgrades. They WILL NOT refund our money. We have spoken with them at length and are trying to convince us that we knew. Not only that but after all of the information we have found out about this company, we do not want anything to do with them.

They will scam you every chance they get. We are taking whatever means necessary to get our money back and not let them get away with this. I hope we get some resolution and if anyone has any suggestions, let us know.
