Canceled the Vacation months ago/Say will cancel, but doesn't. Talk to 3 people

I canceled several months ago. Again back on 8-8. Spoke to a woman and then a man. They tried to connect me to the head of the cancelation department. Got ann answering machine. They each told me they would make note of me calling in. I explained my mother was going into the hospital and could not go to Las Vegas. I gave them the PID# 1958424 and that the trip they had set for me was 8-21. They told me they would take care of it. Well I got a call on the 20th of August. They told me they would charge me 25.00 dollars an extension fee. This time I got a girl name Lisa, again I was told she would take care of it. I told her they charged me 150.00 dollars to start and when I called to cancel the first time they said it was to late to be re-embursed. Then They charged me 50.00 dollars for canceling. I told them I'm not going to be charged another cent I would turn then in for fraud. She then tried to connect me to the head man of cancelization this time mail box was full. Today, 9-10, I get a letter in the mail, stating "Did you know that your Westgste Resorts pre-paid vacation had expired 8-20. Don't let your hard-earned dollars go to wasre! Book oyur travel dates today and we'll waive your extension fees and give you a bonus gift." Says in fine print it will charge me 25.00 and one night hotel rate. Also says Nevada Seller of Travel #0835, CST #2052822-50. How can I get them to cancel I tried calling the number I gave you several times but am getting no where. I even told them to take me off there list. Can you help??
