Bluegreen Corporation / Matthew Kanuck, Director At Hershey Suites, Timeshares Belittles, harasses and terrorizes employees in front of customers

As a customer going through a timeshare presentation I was appalled at how the manager came over, supposedly to close the deal. I was with a very nice lady who had me believing in the product and ready to buy. Then the manager who was Matthew Kanuck { I took his name from his name tag) said to the lady did you do this, and ask her these other things, and said to her she must do the following in the future with all customers, it was about not answering all the questions in the booklet. How absurd, she had done a wonderful job.

The manager then turned to me and said are you ready to buy, and could I afford it, after showing me a 15,500 price tag, he was so rude, and belittling to me. He tried several sarcastic tactics, he became ruder and had horrible anger in his eyes. I knew when he first sat down that I would buy nothing from Bluegreen. If that is any representation of their leadership, I have never experienced anything so poor in my life, and I have been a Corporate
VP for 25 years.

It was clear he looked down on women, as he did to the salesperson and my self. Bluegreen get a grip on who you are hiring, he was the lowest quality and most arrogant man I had met. Hire some managers, that truly know how to treat people, like the saleperson I had. If they treat you like that before you buy how will they treat you after. Buyer Beware. I can't imagine how he treats employees when the customers aren't around. Give me a break.
