Bluegreen Vacation Club
Cannot Book Desired Trips Despite $15,000 Gatlinburg Purchase

Traveling & Tourism

I purchased Bluegreen timeshare in Gatlinburg, Tenn. 3 years ago. Since then I've gone on a few trips. I don't get what I want, where I want, When I want or how I want to travel and vacation. If only I got what I was shown in the presentation I could be happy. The travel doesn't work the way the instruction book suggests.

I fear to call travel in knowing I will be further frustrated by the person on the phone when all I hear is no, can't do ohh there's a 35.00 dollar charge now for that. When I did get a room I feel very lucky. Not like an owner who spent 15000.00 dollars plus interest plus fees dues etc. I fork over 620.00 per year for one week of owner privileges and the opportunity to be denied the trip I want. For $620.00 I can vacation about anywhere at any time and get a pretty good trip outside of bluegreen.

I call bluegreen and tell them I'm upset, they can't or won't make me feel better, I feel further insulted I'd love to get in class action against them. Any Lawyer wanna make a mint? Get ahold of Bluegreen owners.
