Yes I too have had problems dealing with this company. Not only I'm I out the 398.00 but they also charged me a fee to extend this vacation. Very hard to get a hold of on phone. Still waiting for a response

Still waiting for a response from this company. I live in california so the chances of getting there to resolve this is near impossible. I'm out 398.00 charged on my credit card without any contact from the company reps. They also charged me for and extension... Boy do I wish I had my money back!!
