Scam co rips us off of $6,500.00

After purchasing a travel contract for 6,500.00 and a promise of hugh discounts for travel anywhere in the world, we tried to get 1 of our 5 weeks condo's for $499.00 in Colo. For July. No such luck... Then we tried to get a package deal for a trip to Ireland for August. Nothing. After trying to get into their website today I find it not working so I decided to google their name and came up with all usacomplaints. Coms stating they had filed Bankruptcy. I then called our credit card company to try to get a refund and they are going to file a complaint with the co. I had sent an email to Elite asking what was going on and did get a response. I then called the co again and asked about the bankruptcy and they gave me this song and dance about taking on VIP Travel customers and their debt so they have filed bankruptcy but intend to continue the Elite Travel Company.

I am going to write to our Consumer Affairs in Kansas as well as call the State Attorney General. We have never bought into anything like this before and as Seniors this is hard earned money we spent and expected to receive the benefits we so rightly deserve. If anyone receives a postcard to listen to a travel agency's
speil about travel THROW IT IN THE TRASH!!!

What an expensive lesson we have learned!!! Don't make the same mistake we did.
