Vacation Ripoff How to get your Money back! Tampa Florida

Like everyone else's report about this company on this website, I was scammed by MVI. I went to a vacation timeshare presentation, mailed in my $100, and was told that none of the dates I requested were available.

I mailed in new requested dates and 4 months later... Still no reply. So here is what I did.

I found their website at http://www.minivacations.com / and called the phone number listed. 813-621-1400. I asked to speak to someone about getting my refund for the promised trip that I have never recevied.

I was transferred to a customer service rep who looked up my certificate number and verified it. I asked for a refund of the $100. She verified my address and said that it would be sent within 2 to 3 weeks.

Hopefully, I will receive the refund as promised around the end of January.
