Reserved a nice gulf view condo for a family vacation from Prickett Properties based on website pictures and description. Prickett requested payment in full prior to arrival. After reviewing the website carefully - authorized the payment. Upon arrival, the location was not at all as described. Website pictures were taken from an undisclosed location. There is absolutely no view with exception of rooftops. Beach access was across several streets and an entire neighborhood of homes - none of which was disclosed on through the website advertising. This was unacceptable for a family with three young children. We contacted the Pricketts immediately for a resolution. They did not respond.

We did not enter the unit at any time. Pricketts eventually responded via email, but at no time returned phone calls, and refused to refund the fee, even though the service was never received. The advertising for the unit is completely false. I have pictures and documentation that clearly illustrate fraud. It is a scam!!!
