I too was contacted and I was able to login to the website. Unhappily it did not recognise a Canadian Postal Code so could not proceed there. However, I did receive email confirmation and am awaiting the call to arrange this "prize".

I am expecting them to ask for a prepayment of the taxes etc. And (apart from the fact that it is a long way to Fort Lauderdale from Toronto for a 2-day cruise) I shall politely decline.

I am always suspicious of the "millions" I win and I just sometimes pursue them for fun! I'll keep you posted.
