Outright lies and non-response

I've been seeking for 4 times to stop an area reservation. Expedia brokers have lied on atleast 3 events. They've three times place me on-hold after which after 10 moments the phone call was decreased. They've not answered to emails. I approached the resort in Vancover BC plus they recommended Expedia hadn't approached them to stop the reservation in 4 times.
