They would not give me my money back

I joined Cheaptrips and attempted to use my temporary ID and password to book a flight. It would not work. I tried to call them 3X and couldn't get through. I ended up booking the flight on my own. Then I attempted to use them again. Through them the flight for a companion and me would be $ on my own I got the flight for $800 for both of us. I did not attempt to get my money back within 30 days. But I didn't use ANY of their services and they haven't refunded my money.
