Fair Field Tour Center Beware

On May17th Myself and husband were invited to Fair Field Tour Center, in San Antonio, Tx - so we drove to San Antonio from the Houston area, a weekend get away.."Right", we checked in as requested at the Welcome Center Rivercenter, at check in we were aked to take a tour that would be about 45min. We are still unsure what the tour was about, but for a free 2 night stay at at nice hotel, sure. If we didnt attend then we paid for our invited weekend for two night's. So on May 17th we attended the tour.

It was on time share with Wyndham Vacation Resorts.
Once you complete the tour you are asked to be a owner!

It realy sound's great... And also go to tell you that you have 6 days to cancel. So we gave our $1,738.10 so hopefuly in the future we could travel and spend more time together. The night of the 17th we talked about it and decided this wasnt a good time for us and we really didnt see us doing any kind of traveling for a few year's, with a new grandaughter and looking for a new home... So the next morning we met with the gentalman who sold us our time share and told him, after talking about it, this just wasnt something we would should do at this time. So we handed him a hand written note from us saying so. He told us NO PROBLEM and he understood. Something told us to drive by the Tour Center and give them our hand written letter and also tell then at the center we are cancelling. Also no problem.
So we felt ok and drove back home on the 18th of May and upon arrival home we recieved a phone call from Wyndham making sure we had made it home ok, and we thanked her and explained to her we in fact cancelled and would look at joining in the future. Also no problem.

So we didn't think much more about this and just assumed they would return our fund back in the back in a week or two.

Two weeks passed and I had gone to the bank and found out they in fact withdrew our fund out on the 20th two day's after we cancelled!!!

Since we have called and emailed and faxed them and no one will return our calls! We did speek with Hecotr over quality control and he asked us to fax a copy of a letter stating we in fact cancelled. We did so threw our bank and also pointed out to him the took our funds two days after we cancelled.

We have called and left messages for someone to call us.
Nothing. And Hector doesnt seem to want to help us.
Still til this day no one from this company Fair Field ztour Center / Wyndham Vacation Resorts has not contacted us or refunded us our money and today is July 16th.
We are still trying and leaving messages on Hector's voice mail and he still does not call us back.

This is not good buisness for a billion dollar company to want to keep our $1,736.10.

If there is any one out there that can help and would like too, Attorney or Laywer that would does somekind of free work against large companies that rip honest hard working people off please email us.
Until then we will keep trying to get our money back.

Beware. Of this company you too could be the next victum, when you have a change of heart!!!
