How I got my money back! Hope this helps all of you!

So basically my story is the same as everyone elses. A man by the name of Randy called me and said that i had one this fabulous trip and that i have been picked. Being the first this has ever happened to me, I quickly gave all my information.

5 minutes after my phone call, I started to feel queezy about this place and decided to check it out and then i realised it was definately a scam. $598 was charged on my account. So basically I took a couple hours of my time and researched this website and read ALOT of rip off reports and also another VERY helpful website was:

Which is basically how to cancel your "vacation". All this was done ON the day i paid for my package.

The very next day, I called my local consumer service (which wasn't that much of a help since Florida is out of province), then proceeded to call the number they provided (1800number), and gave my personal identification and asked to revoke my contract very politely. The lady who answered the phone did not understand the words "revoke" and "contract". So after a little bit of a struggle another woman came on the line.

She repeated the package details that I had paid for and basically, and offered to upgrade me or extend my vacation (with a small fee of course). I POLITELY declined (very important to be polite even if you have to grit your teeth doing so. Don't lose your composure) and thats when she became a little bit more loud and pushy and started asking what I did not get about the package and that it was thoroughly explained to me. I just replied with some of the details were misrepresented and I just wanted a full refund (I did so in a VERY polite manner)

She then put me on hold, and gave me a cancellation number (GET A CANCELLATION NUMBER! OR ELSE THEY'RE JUST SCREWING WITH YOU) and she told me that 598 will be put back on my card. They will also send me a postcard as proof of refund (which is very important to have in order to prove that they did indeed authorize the refund. Ask your credit card company for more information on that because they will dispute the charges against your card if you can prove certain things or produce certain documents)

The same day I wrote a cancellation letter (better safe than sorry) and mailed it to the above address and make sure you address it to Daniel Lambert (the president). Sending the letter cost be about 15 bucks but it made sure it got there and once it did someone had to sign for it so i now will also have a proof that i sent a cancellation letter which will aid in your search for a refund.
