Unauthorized Charges on my Credit Card

They made two unauthorized charges to my credit card for $109.99 each in July one from "TLG*TRAVEL ADV" and one from "TLG*JUST FOR ME." I just now noticed them because I decided to check my old statements on line after listening to the Clark Howard Radio Show advising consumers to do so. When I called the company about the charges, they said I had endorsed/signed one of their checks they had mailed to me which committed me to their membership. However, I never signed such a check.
