Visited cape named by telephone informed them we perhaps required two areas. Taken care of and got the reciept for just two times. Remained the primary night and upon looking at at ll: oo am take a look at time-ask at what period do we have to tell them if we don't require the area for that next evening. We were informed that their plan had transformed from prior year which we'd have experienced to tell them at 6: oo pm the night time before. Therefore it wound up that people required the area anyhow and we returned towards the resort at 10:30 pm that evening. Went into get our key plus they had hired our space out to another person. No additional areas accessible and may have cared less. We shall never employ this hotel chain again. Along with everything else-they confronted to contact law enforcement since we were so angry.
