They've ruined our family vacation

We bought a package from Special T and saved for 8 months to take our dream family vacation to the Bahamas.

Special T made so many mistakes our vacation turned into a nightmare. We paid their extra costs for the cruise but wasn't allowed to leave the port because they failed to inform us of necessary documents.

There were lots of surprise fees and they failed to record one traveller’s name on the documents so we had to pay twice. We paid for a two room suite - got a one bedroom for 5 people.
