"do not use them!!!" natalia is the travel agent that stole us$ 765.00 of my money. They made a mistake and i did not had a reservation when i got to the airport.
I could not travel and i did not have the money to pay for another ticket. I tried to call from the airport and they were closed. Next day i went to the office, and they deny their mistake. They blamed the airline, of course, and did not give me my money back.
I went to civil court, and joao de matos, the owner of bacc travel and his crook lawyer went there, and denied my side of the story. I lost the judgement and my money.
Do not use them, they are bad people, the employees work under pressure and make a lot of mistake on the reservations, then they deny their wrongdoing.
I had talk to other friends that bought tickets with them and they also have complaints against this company
