Phoenix Club Will not stop calling!

This company calls me every other month or so for the past year at all hours of the evening and night (several times after 10pm). They want me to go to The Woodlands to attend a presentation afterwhich I can get a free trip to their resort in Florida. Each time I've told them I'm not interested. I continue by telling them that I'm on the Do-Not-Call Registries and that it is against the law for them to call me. This time the lady actually said that it couldn't be against the law because she had made the call! Each time I report them to the Texas Do-Not-Call and National Do-Not-Call Registries but nothing has come of it.
