Elite Getaways - Grnad Incentives, Inc
They lied about their service, saw them as a scam on TV, wont return my money

We saw an expose on our Local TV station showing the elite getaways and grand getaway vacatons was a scam. I spoke to their customer service representative about the show. He said it was not true. When I asked to cancel my contract, he replied NO WAY, you signed a contract. When I tried to make a reservation with this company, their superior accomodations were inferior and at no discounts as they publisized. They also said as part of the package I was to receive $100 in free gas cards and a free vacation. It is now 5 months later and I am still waiting for both. I placed the purchase on my CITICARD credit card and now CITICARD wont back me up.
