Is doing because both companies offer the same "free" vacations from the same company, MINI VACATIONS, INC * Attn: MVI Air & Land Vacation for attending a Time Share presentation.
The free vacation appears to be a scam if you do a search of this "usacomplaints.com" website and look for MVI Air & Land Vacations or Mini Vacations.
The "free" vacation they offer you is from

The brochure reads you are to put up a $50 per person refundable "good faith" money order deposit. There are no telephone numbers on the brochure.
If you happen to have already put sent them your "good faith" money order, this might help you to get your money back.
