Consumer complaint!

My partner and that I arranged a cruise (trade) to get a 4 night Disney Cruise. We settled $2600 for 5 people. Upon delivery of our seats, we finished the online enrollment form at Disney online. We unearthed that we can not consider the journey since I am pregnant and Disney wont permit anybody past 23 months to sail.

Period forgotten to express something about that and that I've been faithfully attempting to stop this sail, without success. Everytime I try calling the primary quantity, it is useless. I tried calling the client support quantity, however they just redirect your phone... Many efforts of 3-hour retains and that I however can't-get one to answer the telephone. After 3 hours, the telephone cuts down

I've never experienced such terrible customer support. I believe there's some scam happening here.
