Been reading reports about this company and sound similar to my experience. Received a bill for $500 dollars which was supposed to cover extra services including website update etc. Could not get any response to emails and so have not paid. As far as I can tell website has not been updated and received no info on new hotels etc. Recently received bill for annual maintenace fee which wasn't part of original contract. Have tried to reach them by email and phone. The number I have is not in service (I'm from Canada) and they no longer have offices at the other number. The person on the other end gave me a new number but it does not work. I am tired of the run around. Has any one found a way to cancel and get any of their money back?
