If you try to use their ticket only and not hotel:

-You will be charged for NO-SHOW at hotel.

If you try to tell them that you will not use the return air-fare:

-You will be Charged for NO-SHOW at the airline

If you tell them that you want just the airfare only:

-They will not accept the lowest airfares available on-line at airline
-You have to buy from them at their prices
-The differential they will pay will not be consistent
For example on 12/04 -they were willing to pay $600 (-30) for a Northwest ticket
On 12/10 they were willing to pay only $420 for a United ticket.

This is after already paying a $100 for taxes.

So, they will try to get you off by giving you Bad itineraries and
changing how much they are really willing to pay in case of alternate
travel plans.

Bottom line: This company has unethical practices. Be Aware!!
