Con merchant making us believe we'll get cheap holidays Playa De Las Americas

They said we would get cheaper holidays which we thought would be great because we had got ourselves into a bit of debt through our son being diagnosed with cancer, and we thought we could still have holidays abroad and cope with paying our debts off, but it was a lie, it cost 6,000. Once we returned back from our holiday we tried to cancel because we had a change of heart, but they said that we couldn't do so because we had signed a contract and if we didn't continue we would be taken to court. This was very upsetting at the time and we felt we had no choice, but now justice reveals phoned and asked about it they sent us paper work would we fill it in which we said we would. All was going ok until we got a phone call today to tell us we were entitled to the minimum of 8,400, but to get that we have to pay a bond of 1,500 asap which they say we will get it back at the end of it all because they say time is running out. Yet again we are feeling that we are being taken for a ride, what do you think of justice reveals, and could you give us any advice?
