Wouldn't let's stop & we obtained no info apart from a movie

Fake ad! I had been informed after I bought

This holiday that I'd 15 times to stop from after I received the movie. After I attempted to stop I had been informed the 15 times had terminated, the 15 times hadn't passed. I also didn't obtained any paper-work within the email, just the movie. The Resorts they informed us about about the telephone were suppose to become 4-star Resorts, these were not. They declined to credit my bank card. I don't need this holiday & I'd like my bank card acknowledged! Additionally they stated they'd be getting $50.00 per month from my bank card. I don't need anything obtained from my bank card! Our account # is 1238994.
