Ripoff Scam Con Artists taking advantage seniors and young and innocent Ft Lauderdale

Today is Sunday, September 15th and this past Thursday our 18-year-old daughter received a mail packet and voucher for this dirty, good-for-nothing scam. I had a bad feeling when she told us about it and my husband tried to tell her not to do it, but if he had told her it might be a scam she would not have done it.

She authorized them to take 66.00 out of her checking acct, it has not come out yet. Since she is out of work now, and a college student, I urged her to call the "customer service number" and she said that she missed their hours by 15 minutes.

So she called the other 800 number and was told she has to call customer service the next day. That is today I cannot get through to it, I keep getting the recording saying that the office is closed to call back during business hours. Well this is during business hours and I still cannot get through.

So I did a search on the web and found this website and I cannot believe what I am reading! I sent her the link to the site so she can view it too. So tomorrow, she is going to call again. I have a good mind to call the media about this.

Then I called the number I listed with the information above and they told me "that there must be something wrong with the lines", and to try tomorrow. I told her that I am looking at the site now and am reading about "you people". She went silent and just said, well try calling back again, maybe you will get through".

How can these people take advantage of a young adult such as my kid or anyone else's kid? At first, she did not want to listen to me then I showed her the web page. So we have a handle on it now. Please look into this.
