August 13, my companion and I made a decision to purchase a timeshare at Celebration World Resort based on the fact that they claim that they could assist us with our future travel plans and that they were a part of Celebration located on HWY 192.By mouth they offered available days for travel on their property using their VIP rates. Which we later learned on three contact they were never available.

On 5 attempts to book a 4 night stay with the resort using the VIP rates we were either hung up on or the representatives were just plain rude. Each time we would called about the additional benefits such as RCI and or Leisure time they would put you on hold and never return to the phone.in order to get results with the Resort we would have to visit them in person and experience long wait times and receive strange looks as if we were about to uncover their big secrect of their scam to rip off innocent people looking to own vacation priviledges or that the purchased product had no value.

Within the last week I have gained access to Leisure Time and RCI only to discover that the property is not available for rental using the VIP rates because their available using the points from RCI and Leisure time points and meaning it will only limit what can be done using the timeshare purchase. From the looks of what has happened to my companion and I we have been scammed into puchasing memberships in RCI and Leisure time for use of their services through the Celebration World Resort Gimmick of having people to believe that they own a time share to the property which is only able to accommodate a small number of individuals in the 192 units and 2 are used as demo models...

When we visited property to pay the maintence fees and taxes the staff quoted one price from the computer and after she received the money she then stated another price and made the statement of "how do I make change from $200.00... Which indicated that she did not know how to make change. We ended up waiting 25-minutes to receive our change while she stood there counting and recounting as well as recalculating to amount...
