Lied regarding weekly rate No service Bed Bug bites. Manager hid

My daughter and just needed a quiet place to go after she got out of the hospital (55 days). I spoke to the manager upon checking ina about weekly ates and was told I could arrange at any time. We actually stayed longer tnan a week.

My daugheter and I both noticed bed bug bites after leaving this pit. Thet made to apologies and the manger hid when he knew I wanted to cofront him at checkout. I was way overcharged and they just did't seem to care.
