We have had difficulty with people returning our calls, as well as the company not being able to provide services that were promised to us (50% off cruises, discounted hotel rooms, and more) when we paid $3000.00 to join.

At the initial presentation, which I now believe was nothing more than a bunch of lies, we were also told that there would be an office opening in Nashville, TN, and that was why you were in our city. That has not happened. We have not received any $500/week condos as promised at the 'sales pitch, ' nor did we receive our "FREE WEEKEND" in Las Vegas.

We have been duped and swindled by this company and their lies. We paid a lot of money to join and renewed our membership last year for another $200 in hopes of better deals or at least more of an effort to provide better customer service.
