TIME SHARE FRAUD Mazatln Mazatlan

We Too were scammed into purchasing by being promised many things including a free week that they would refund us. We later found out that those free weeks are not refundable. They promised us we would recieve a refund check in the mail regardless of the written disclosure on the bottom of the document. We even asked him why he lied to us on the spot and he said as Manager he was capable of ammending the document. My Husband a man of Business also understands this to be possible were applicable. So... Hense we fell for it.

On Top of this Lie we were told we were going to receive an RCI card in the mail within the first week of signing up. The RCI Card that was promised was a Credit Card Offer. We have Yet to get an ID card from RCI. When we contacted RCI they had no record of us. We informed them of El Cid Misrepresenting them they had no comment except they were not capable of helping us without having an account with them.

We have stopped paying El Cid as we are not capable of using the Time Share at all. When their Payment company reaches out to us we explain this whole scenario again and agian and they say One man handles these disputes and that the Payment Rep will contact that man for us. TWO MONTHS AND NO COMMENT from Customer Service Rep from El Moro Tower.

I would love to know if anyone has been successful at recovering any of their lose with El Cid. If so any advice to reclaim our lost property would be wonderful.
