Bearcountry took $255 and gave nothing in return

We won a trip on Ebay. After signing a contract and paying them $255 all contact stopped! This began in December. We kept emailing them and they would send replies to "Stop" emailing them, they will get to us when they can. They never did! If they are still out there doing business, don't do business with them.
