Read every complaint listed ion this website - it's all true - this company is the company FROM Hell... I worked there 4 1/2 years in reservations - I know the facts - I left because I could no longer be a part of the lies, scams, etc... They couldn't care less about their employees, NOR the customers. Not yet mentioned is that the food on their cruises Is WORST than average - that you can find anywhere in the industry ratinga— I know for fact having taklen the cruise from hell.
