The company refused to issue me a refund. I and my family were unable to go on account of 'hurricane katrina'. So i asked for my portion that i paid out towards the trip and the representative refused to issue me a refund. Now i have exhausted my resources of more that n $700, monies that i could use to go towards my education for the 'most' part!!!
