Traveling & Tourism

My story is like others here. The idea is to get as much money from you as possible and provide you with nothing. I myself foolishly responded to an E-mail that promised a fantistic rate on Holiday Inn lodging all across the country. It would only cost me 7.00 a person a night for two people. I purchased two. You are told reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance and that there are no other fees involved "No subscription fees or ongoing payment are due is how the web site reads.

Well this is what happens. They send you these certificates, this is where the adventure begins. Send the fullfillment company $10.00 to make your reservation. There are no instructions sent with your certificates.

Now the real fun. You receive your certificates and are requested to send in another 50.00 to place your reservation, and they ask you for 3 choices. Plus they are dated ahead so you would actually have to send them in months before you planned to use them. The bottom line is there are no reservations. E-mails and phone calls go virtually unanswered or it takes weeks. I have left voice mails-emails you name it.

I dont see how they have been getting away with this for so long. I personally am tired of getting ripped off. I feel stupid, really stupid. But I will be reporting them to everyone I know, they need to be put out of business-and don't bother with spirit incentives. Spirit tells you they are sorry you sent the other company, that is not there problem it is yours, or you are not in there system or any number of things to get rid of you.

Your are not dealing with one company this scam is many companies, designed to take money wear you down and just accept the fact you've been deceived. Chris... I've dealt with Spirit incentives, they work with time share scams a lot. Chris. I expect a refund of every dime and wont stop until I get it. Please dont fall victim to these con artists.
