Worst of all, very rude customer service people!

I've recently arranged a holiday with Expedia.ca to Disney globe, working that I acquired much and just how difficult might it's? Child was I WRONG! There has been only miscommunication, late reactions and toughest of very RUDE customer support people. I've been handled and voiced to with a "customer support individual" like used to do have no understanding of the English vocabulary and assisting me was a waste of her period. I've stuck an email criticism and also have voiced to some Supervisor, simply to hear nothing... Not really a SORRY.

I've been informed various things about my bundle, i.E... Yes, I've the playground Moves involved, no, that you don't. So when you email subsequently in regards to a difficulty don't maintain a rush to listen to back from their store should you ever do. It's not that I'm a fussy individual, or do I have to be coddled, but I actually donot want something to-go wrong with my $4,000.00, week holiday both.

So my advice, be really careful when arranging with expedia... I'll NEVER try it again.
