Rude and highly unprofessional, No contract in writing offered

I made a reservation, had to cancel the night before due to an emergency and the guy gets upset and then starts yelling at me. His name is Rudy... Or is that Rude-E. Like there was anything I could do because of the emergency.

Totally unprofessional... They don't give you a written contract, everything is verbal and then throw in some B.S. About a cancellation fee. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Stay away from international limousine!!!
