Horrible support!

The supervisor of the hotel hasn't company being within the customer support area she was rude blew me down after I reported concerning the sound and explained it had been simply just how issues were at that resort. Never apologized. The area was super loud children working down and up the places until around midnight. The people speaking fully within the early am equally days (4am). Additionally the supervisor wouldn't provide me the price cited by another employee. She charged me higher level. She wasn't buddy even if I tested in. The mattress was difficult. Breakfast contains difficult old treats 2oz cups for liquid and cereal. No an excellent choice. Wouldn't suggest this resort to anybody.
