Free sail is fraud!

Infinity Incentive Team haven't just dismissed my characters to return my $598 for interface costs for that intended free sail. We never got a totally free sail or even the 2 free evenings in Lake Tahoe, CA. To create things worse, none of the telephone numbers function. This can be a fraud artist organization and somebody must have a stay!!! I'm out over $600 out of this organization and that I have no idea how to proceed. Can anybody help me?
